Additive 2022 theme day
As part of the TECH area Adaptive Production Processes, ARENA2036, the Institute for Beam Tools at the University of Stuttgart and the German Aerospace Center invited to the additive theme day at the ARENA2036 research campus on July 20, 2022.
WHAT THE HECK? - Hackathon 2022
48 hours, several challenges, one goal: coding! From July 6 to 9, 2022, we organized the WHAT THE HÄCK hackathon at the ARENA2036 research campus.
Looking back: That was the HMI22
From May 30 to June 3, 2022, it was finally time again: the Hannover Messe took place in front of an audience and, above all, offline. ARENA2036 was also there, at four different stands: At the BMBF stand, flexCAR was presented on behalf of all projects, at the Industry 4.0 platform stand, the Wire Harness innovation initiative and the Asset Administration Shell for the administration set presented their current project progress. And Peakboard represented us at the bw-i stand.
Wire Harness innovation initiative - Forum 2022
On 24.03.2022, the "IILS - Innovation Initiative Wire Harness" invites you to the annual forum in the ARENA2036 from 09:00 am. The individual sub-projects will present their current work priorities in the IILS and give an outlook on the planned activities. The forum is open to all interested parties by prior registration.

The Design Factory celebrates its first anniversary
The Design Factory at the ARENA2036 research campus is celebrating its first anniversary after two successful semesters, with over 50 students, ten challenges and twelve resulting prototypes. The next semester is already in the starting blocks: final applications from industry partners for a challenge in the winter semester are still being accepted.

Schaeffler is a new partner of ARENA2036
The Schaeffler Group is a new partner at the research campus and will develop production technologies of the future. The automotive and industrial supplier is initially pushing ahead with pilot projects for smart safety concepts, flexible handling solutions and intelligent networking of machines at ARENA2036.
