EINST4INE

EINST4INE is a consortium of seven European organizations, some of which are academic. Together with over fifteen industrial partners, they work on projects focusing on industrial digital transformation.

EINST4INE aims to expand the next generation of innovation ecosystems across Europe. The aim is also to sensitize and empower Industry 4.0 managers to use digital technologies for their own purposes.  

About EINST4INE

The EINST4INE project aims to develop new concepts, approaches and methods for digital transformation. The project brings together leading global experts from the fields of open innovation, Industry 4.0, digital transformation and innovation ecosystems.

Through our multidisciplinary work, we aim to identify and close research gaps in the field of digital transformation. We combine individual, organizational and ecosystem perspectives and strive for a holistic analysis of different industries and innovation ecosystems.  

Creation of innovation ecosystems

In ARENA2036, researchers are investigating how technologies enable the emergence of new innovation ecosystems. The opportunities and strategies for creating value from these technology-supported environments will also be investigated.

As part of EINST4INE, researchers at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research (ENI) at the University of Stuttgart are working on innovation ecosystems. The aim is to find out more about the dynamics of the emergence of such environments and to show how industry players can benefit from realigning their activities within the innovation ecosystems to which they belong.
