Schaeffler is a new member of ARENA2036
The Schaeffler Group is a new member of the research campus and will develop production technologies of the future. The automotive and industrial supplier is initially pushing ahead with pilot projects for smart safety concepts, flexible handling solutions and intelligent networking of machines at ARENA2036.
As a leading global automotive and industrial supplier, the Schaeffler Group has been driving forward pioneering inventions and developments in the fields of motion and mobility for over 70 years. The Schaeffler Group produces precision components and systems for drive trains and chassis as well as rolling and plain bearing solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
The partnership with ARENA2036 is an important element of the automotive and industrial supplier's Roadmap 2025: "External perspectives, an agile atmosphere and a close exchange with partners - this is how we will jointly drive innovations in the field of production technologies and quickly integrate them into our plants.
