InstaWerk is a new member of ARENA2036

With the online procurement platform InstaWerk, ARENA2036 has a new member in the field of procurement and production automation. At the interface between development and production, InstaWerk is revolutionizing time and cost efficiency with agile digital solutions.

Innovative digital solutions for the rapid procurement of turned and milled parts are essential for research and development on the research campus. Based on years of development work and the expertise of the founding team, InstaWerk is a digital procurement platform for CNC parts that makes it easy and convenient to order design components. Orderers upload the design model of the component in question to the platform. The CAD model is then analyzed directly by the InstaWerk algorithm - this allows InstaWerk to reduce the ordering time for components from weeks to just a few minutes. The delivery of components from 5 days is also record-breaking and can be reduced to up to 24 hours using express options. Extensive expert knowledge in CNC manufacturing is required for analysis and pricing, which has been trained using machine learning and expanded using self-developed software. The bundling of these effects by InstaWerk can be expected to significantly reduce development costs and times, thus creating efficient and flexible solutions for development and production.

The ARENA2036 network will therefore bring together agile development methods and network effects in manufacturing in the future. "We are looking forward to working with the members of ARENA2036, because this is where the future of production is being created. Digital procurement solutions are an elementary component of digital manufacturing and we are happy to contribute this expertise to the network," says Marcel Erich, Managing Director of InstaWerk.

We welcome InstaWerk to our member network and look forward to working together on joint projects!
