Recap: Sixth Eclipse Tractus-X Community Days

The Sixth Eclipse Tractus-X Community Days will bring together around 150 experts from the international data space at ARENA2036 to jointly data spaces the future of sovereign data spaces .

On July 2 and 3, 2026, ARENA2036 once again served as the gathering place for the international Tractus-X community. At the Sixth Eclipse Tractus-X Community Days, around 150 developers, product managers, and executives from various countries—including Germany, Spain, and Japan—gathered to data spaces the latest developments surrounding Eclipse Tractus-X, Catena-X, and industrial data spaces .

The event provided a platform for professional exchange, the joint development of open-source technologies, and networking within the growing Tractus-X ecosystem.

Practical insights and an in-depth exchange of knowledge

Through technical presentations, tech talks, and interactive workshops, participants gained insights into current developments, new applications, and future roadmaps. Hands-on sessions gave them the opportunity to try out Eclipse Tractus-X tools firsthand, test new features, and share experiences with other community members.

In addition to technical topics, the program also focused on issues related to standardization, governance, interoperability, and the international development of data rooms.

Manufacturing-X projects strengthen cross-industry dialogue

A particular focus was placed on collaboration among various Manufacturing-X initiatives. Representatives from Construct-X, Semiconductor-X, and Chem-X shared their perspectives as part of the program and demonstrated how cross-domain data spaces facilitate data spaces between different industries.

Together, they discussed how artificial intelligence can be used in data spaces to improve interoperability, promote collaboration, and drive innovation in the industry.

A Strong Community as a Driving Force for Digital Transformation

The Sixth Eclipse Tractus-X Community Days once again highlighted the importance of an open, international community for the further development of sovereign data spaces. The intensive exchange between industry, research, and the open-source community provided valuable impetus for future developments and strengthened collaboration within the ecosystem.
