A sold-out house and a great atmosphere - the Women of Tech Conference '25 on May 14 at ARENA2036 was an impressive highlight for all participants! All tickets were sold out in advance and the event attracted many committed women from the tech industry.

Under the motto "Shaping Technology Together", over 300 participants gathered to discuss the future of technology, innovation and diversity.

The two-day event sent out a strong signal: Technological development needs diverse perspectives - and platforms that enable exchange, visibility and participation. Keynotes, panels and discussion rounds focused on topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, electromobility and current digital trends. Formats on diversity in tech were particularly popular and made it clear: The shift towards more equal opportunities is not only necessary, but has long been underway.
