Photo and/or film recordings (including sound) are usually made of events and visits to the research campus. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you can contact the photographer or cameraman directly.

Purpose
The recordings may be published on the intranet, the social media channels of the responsible person as well as in radio, TV and print media (including books).

Furthermore, lists of participants as well as name badges are usually created at events.

Purpose
The data collected is used to control admission and to support the networking of participants by means of name tags.

Legal basis and legitimate interest
