This was the release event for the
Catena-X release 24.03

"Get to know the Catena-X releases": under this motto, interested parties were invited to the first live event on the occasion of a Catena-X release on March 15 in the ARENA2036.

The Catena-X release 24.03 will be released in March 2024, and Catena-X e.V. invited to ARENA2036 in Stuttgart to mark the occasion. At this Catena-X release event, application developers and other interested parties were given the opportunity to find out first-hand about the extended range of functions and the associated new application possibilities of this release and to get a preview of the major release 24.05 from May. Around 50 participants met with the experts on site for networking, demos, interaction and assistance with the Catena-X data ecosystem. As interest was high and places were limited, there was also the option of virtual participation: over 200 other participants had registered for streaming participation.

The presentation section was opened with a keynote video by Oliver Ganser, Chairman of the Board of Catena-X e.V. and Consortium Leader Catena-X Automotive Network. He invited the audience to take advantage of the opportunity to learn first-hand about the extended functions of the data room and the new business development opportunities offered by the new Catena-X releases 24.03 and 24.05. A wealth of information on Catena-X open source software and Catena-X standards awaited the participants. The topics of the presentations ranged from certificate management in the new Industry Core Kit - crucial for optimizing processes and ensuring seamless workflows in the data ecosystem - to scenarios for multi-operating companies and the use of self-sovereign identities for cross-company data exchange via connectors and identity wallets. The event was rounded off with specific tips on how to successfully participate in the data ecosystem and create added value for your own company, as well as an outlook on the future Catena-X release process.

There was also plenty of networking at the subsequent get-together in the ARENA2036.
