Hannover Messe 2025

Together with many members, colleagues and project teams, we will be at the Hannover Messe 2025 with an ARENA2036 joint stand! From March 31 to April 4, we can be found in Hall 08 at Stand D06. We are looking forward to good conversations, exciting discussions and new acquaintances who will help us and our ecosystem move forward.

We would like to thank everyone who participates in the joint stand:

• ARENA2036-X is an initiative to create a data space-based test and demonstration environment at our ARENA2036 research campus, based on the technologies of Catena-X and the Asset Administration Shell . The aim is to facilitate the sovereign exchange of data and promote the application of these technologies beyond the automotive industry. By bundling Industry 4.0, Gaia-X and Catena-X technologies in one place, the broad industrial application of these approaches is to be supported.
• The Industrial Metaverse ARENA2036 serves as a showcase and sandbox for metaverse technologies to link real and virtual worlds in a real-world laboratory and to test and scale innovative solutions for industry by integrating various technologies such as AI, simulation and VR/XR/AR.
• The project DigiTain project is developing digital approaches for the development and certification of sustainable electric drives. Supported by 26 partners and funded by the German government and the EU, it integrates ecological and economic sustainability into the development process right from the start. ARENA2036 is leading the transfer of knowledge in order to disseminate the results beyond the consortium and raise public awareness of sustainable technologies.
• The Transformation Hub Wire Harness is an initiative to support transformation processes in the wire harness industry, particularly in the context of the automotive industry. This platform aims to connect research results and practical needs within the industry. It is based on an end-to-end transfer model that is designed to capture the requirements of companies and support them step-by-step through to the implementation of so-called lighthouse projects.
• The Asset Administration Shell for the Wire Harness ( AAS4WH ) project aims to digitalise wire harness production in the automotive sector. Using a digital twin, the Asset Administration Shell , the complex manufacturing process of wiring harnesses – the nervous system of a vehicle – is to be made more efficient, resilient and flexible.
