After the great success of Ü:MO 2025, we can already look forward to the next edition: On June 18, 2026, ARENA2036 once again invites you to explore the technologies of the day after tomorrow!

This year's event once again embodies our motto "Innovation through collaboration" – with the aim of bringing together existing ARENA2036 members and interested companies to show that innovation works faster and better when we work together than when we work alone. To this end, we offer the opportunity to experience the ARENA2036 spirit live, but also to get to know our member companies and thus reveal points of contact within our ecosystem for all participants.

After completing his studies and doctorate in aerospace engineering at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich, Prof. Dr. Peter Middendorf held various positions at EADS and Eurocopter Germany before moving to the University of Stuttgart in 2012 as Managing Director of the Institute of Aircraft Design. He was Vice Rector for Knowledge and Technology Transfer there from 2018 to 2024. He has been Rector of the University of Stuttgart since October 2024. He is also Chairman of the Board of the ARENA2036 research campus and was active as coordinator for Baden-Württemberg's aerospace strategy from 2023-2024.

Dr. Andrej Heinke is Vice President of Research and Advanced Engineering at Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart, where he is responsible for corporate foresight. After studying in Berlin, Leipzig, Stanford, and Harvard, he worked at Daimler-Benz AG in Berlin, SONY in Tokyo, and in the planning department of the German Foreign Office in Berlin. He is the founder of the Steinbeis Consulting Center for Corporate Foresight and an honorary professor at Steinbeis University.

Bronwyn trat Mitte Juli 2024 ihr Amt als stellvertretende Vizekanzlerin für Forschung und Wirtschaft an der UNSW an. Zuvor war sie Chefwissenschaftlerin bei der CSIRO und hatte zuvor die Position der stellvertretenden Vizekanzlerin (Forschung und Wirtschaft) an der Swinburne University inne. Sie ist eine international anerkannte Expertin für Kohlefaser und Verbundwerkstoffe und war Gründungsdirektorin des Manufacturing Futures Research Institute der Swinburne University sowie der Carbon Nexus-Einrichtung der Deakin University.Im Oktober 2023 wurde Bronwyn vom Minister für Wissenschaft und Industrie zur australischen Fachberaterin für den Internationalen Wissenschaftsbericht über die Sicherheit fortschrittlicher KI unter der Leitung von Yoshua Bengio ernannt. Professor Fox vertritt Australien im Expertenbeirat neben Vertretern aus 30 Ländern, darunter die USA, Japan, Singapur, die EU und die UN. Bronwyn ist ehemalige Vorsitzende der Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering (Victorian Division), Fellow der Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, Fellow von Engineers Australia, Fellow des Royal Australian Chemical Institute und Absolventin des Australian Institute of Company Directors. Bronwyn wurde von der Bundesregierung zum Mitglied des Nationalen Beratungsausschusses für Quantenforschung ernannt und fungiert zudem als Vorsitzende des Nationalen Beratungsausschusses für Robotikstrategie. Bronwyn ist Ehrenpräsidentin der Deutsch-Australischen Handelskammer und Mitglied des Vorstands von Museums Victoria.
