Project structure
The project was divided into three main process steps, five cross-cutting topics and two overarching topics: Vertical TPs 2,3,4 were dedicated to the main value creation activities of the wire harness (development, production and assembly process). The administration shell-specific TPs 1,5,6,7,8 have been defined as specialist cross-sectional projects that primarily transfer the knowledge gained in the vertical TPs into solution concepts. SPs 9 and 10 represent overarching fields of work that are intended to ensure cross-SP consolidation and coherence in demonstration and transfer. The contents of the TPs are based not only on the scope of the TP itself, but also on the five use cases which, from the perspective of the Wire Harness, represent particular challenges, but also potential for the Asset Administration Shell .
