Der Forschungsschwerpunkt Industrial AI in ARENA2036 erforscht den Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) zur Optimierung von Robotik- und Automatisierungssystemen. Durch intelligente Algorithmen und maschinelles Lernen entstehen neue Lösungsansätze für adaptive Produktion, sichere Mensch-Roboter-Interaktion und autonome Entscheidungsfindung. Ziel ist es, KI-Technologien für industrielle Anwendungen nutzbar zu machen und Innovationspotenziale auszuschöpfen.

Das Forschungsfeld richtet sich an Unternehmen, Forschungseinrichtungen und Start-ups, die an der Integration von KI in Produktionsprozesse interessiert sind. Impulsgeber sind unter anderem Industriepartner und wissenschaftliche Institutionen.
